Michelle Zemlicka-Stalder

Lily Pad's owner and director, Michelle started the school in 2014. Michelle holds multiple associates in early childhood education, site supervisor and master teacher. Michelle has been working with children for 25 years. Michelle is first aid, CPR and AED certified. Michelle has acted as an Early Quality Matters mentor for other placer county preschools and day cares. Michelle has been awarded for her professionalism, commitment and passion to increasing quality child care programs by the Placer County Office of Education for her work in the Early Quality Matters Program.

Kelsey Waring

Lily Pad's site supervisor, Kelsey began working for the school in 2016. Kelsey holds a bachelors in early childhood studies with a minor in psychology focusing in child psychology. Kelsey has been working with children for the past 10 years. Kelsey is first aid, CPR and AED certified and is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the California Association for the Education for Young Children. Kelsey has been awarded for her professionalism, commitment and passion to increasing quality child care programs by the Placer County Office of Education for her work in the Early Quality Matter Program.

The Teaching Staff

Lily Pad employees teachers ranging from associate to master teacher status.  All of our staff is encouraged to continue education, we work closely with Placer County Office of Education and their Early Quality Matters Program to help us stay current with the educational and care giving trends.
